To do that effectively we need to ensure that we have a close working relationship with our clients, where you feel you can trust us and are happy to discuss any issues with us. We believe that working with us should be a positive, friendly and rewarding experience and not feel like work. We want you to see us as a truly valuable extension of your business, one that adds real value.

To ensure our clients know what we will be doing for them and the standards that we set, we have created our clients charter. We are so confident that working with us will bring real benefits to your business that we have guaranteed it.

What Clients Will Receive From Us

  • All business clients to receive the following as a minimum every year:
    • A review of your business numbers – our look at what the numbers are saying to help you fully understand them
    • Review of tax planning opportunities – we will discuss the options available with you
    • Incorporation or remuneration tax planning review
  • All work to be covered by a fixed price agreement – we do not work looking at the clock, so when you call us you don’t have to either. We want you to call and ask questions, we believe the fear of us clock watching would stop this.
  • No work to be started without a price having been agreed for a piece of work – if we start any additional work that you haven’t agreed to, you don’t pay for it.
  • Compliance work to be completed within 8 weeks of all relevant documents being received
  • Management accounts to be completed within 2 weeks of all information being available
  • All clients to have a dedicated client contact at all times
  • At the end of every piece of work a client satisfaction survey to be issued
  • All electronic communication and telephone calls received within normal office hours, and not answered immediately, will be followed up the same day.
  • All work will be carried out in house by suitably qualified personnel – we will never outsource to third parties.
